His extensive experience in underwriting, administration, and servicing gives him strong insight into the key building blocks of an effective and sustainable benefit plan. Grandview clients can expect a detailed and comprehensive approach when delivering employee benefit solutions. Dean works closely with employers, as an extension of their team, to understand their unique benefit needs to achieve the most effective and sustainable program for their most valuable asset – their employees.

Dean is a graduate of the University of British Columbia. He enjoys spending time with his family and chasing his three children around to their various activities.

Petrina has 18 years of progressive experience working within the group benefits industry and holds a Group Benefits Associate designation. Her ability to wear many hats comes from her diverse background in group benefits including consulting, management and underwriting.

She has worked with a number of consultants, brokerages and third-party administrators, helping contribute to their success, and the success of their clients, by offering a level of expertise one can only attain from years of practical industry experience.
